Not a lot new happening this week, other than I am getting increasingly frustrated by w/all the medical scheduling stuff. Everything happens at a MUCH slower pace than it should. I have an MRI scheduled for late afternoon on 8/25 in STL (it has to be done at the big Barnes downtown, so scheduling w/them is a big process). Then I'd need to do another follow-up appt. w/that surgeon and then get something surgery wise scheduled, if he decides it is necessary .... we are looking at a time frame of September.
Pray that the Friday consultation/appt. goes well w/the Dallas plastic surgeon. The appt. is at 12:30pm & I've been very impressed with his office staff. If I like him and decide to have it done in Dallas, there is a small chance that I might be able to stay and have it done on Monday (8/24). Pray for clear direction, safe travel, & that I'll be able to tell which surgeon is the best for my situation. I may need to make a quick decision, which can sometimes be tough.
Unfortunately I will not have Internet access Thursday through Sunday ... sorry.
My patience on all of this is definitely wearing thin, so pray for a positive attitude going into a long weekend. There is more drainage this week at the incision site, so the bandaging and re-bandaging is getting old.

Jenny, You need a helper to just schedule your appointments. I don't know how you work and find time to keep it all straight and together, that is a woman for you a man could not do it for sure. Will definately be praying that your direction is clear b/c there are so many obvious advantages to EACH situation (Dallas vs St. Louis). Hope you are well. And wish you'd bought stock in Bandaid or Johnson & Johnson corporations for all of the bandage materials you are going through... L Jo
