All the same ...

This is going to be the shortest blog post ever, as there is really nothing new to report! All is the same as it was a week ago. There have been no changes/improvements. The operative foot has been very itchy all week on the incision lines .... that leg is worse than left side. Tomorrow is the last day on the sleep meds, but I am going to call & request a refill .... Saran wrap and sleep are two words that don't belong together. I have at least another two weeks of Saran wrap before bed. My follow-up appt. w/the dermatologist is on the afternoon of 9/14.

Need to go start the nighttime cream routine .... thanks for continuing to pray!

Will do...continue to pray, that is. Did you know that Saran Wrap can be used to wrap around the thorax of an animal who has a had a penetrating wound / injury (hit by car for instance or BDLD [big dog little dog (fight)]) to try to re-introduce the negative pressure needed within the chest cavity to allow your lungs to fill with air, hence breathe? I'm just saying: Saran Wrap DOES sound like a pain in your case, but it has a couple of uses , and NOT, as it seems, just in the kitchen! Lesion-wrapping, wrapping around the chest of a wounded animal who needs to breathe (but not so tightly that they CAN'T breathe...there's a fine balance here), wrapping up needing-to-use-again-soon paint brushes if you're taking a snack break & want to paint again in a little while and don't want to completely wash up your brush... Ah, Saran Wrap. Still doesn't make YOUR situation better, but these new tidbits of info may just distract you for a few moments. L Jo
